The rules that govern your use of Insightum.ai.

By accessing or using Insightum.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Insightum.ai is operated by CE Fidelity Slovakia, s.r.o.
1. Service Description
Insightum.ai is an AI-powered qualitative research platform. We provide study design assistance, respondent recruitment, AI-conducted voice interviews, automated transcription, and research report generation. The service is delivered through Sofia, our AI research assistant.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One person per account — account sharing is not permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Insightum.ai only for legitimate research purposes. You agree not to: conduct deceptive or manipulative research, harass or harm respondents, attempt to re-identify anonymous respondents, use the platform for illegal purposes, or interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your research data, discussion guides, and generated reports. We retain all rights to the Insightum.ai platform, including its software, AI models, design, and methodology. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
5. Payments and Refunds
Studies are priced per plan as displayed on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Once a study has been launched and interviews have begun, refunds are not available. If a study has not yet been launched, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@insightum.ai.
6. Limitation of Liability
Insightum.ai is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention periods.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
